Program Details
12-week program plus 3 wks maintenance: 3 x 4 week cycles
Schedule includes 3 weekly sessions plus a bonus/optional session.

Baseline measurements that allow you to track your progress over time. I will review your measurements and write one short additional session that is specific for you to help address asymmetries and/or weakness.
Sessions are heavily research based.
Safe strength movements that protect the back, knees, hips and ankles with focus is on run-specific movements.
Easy to follow-- you will not need to learn new movements/routines every week.
Exercises proven to increase strength when tested with a dynamometer.
Adv. beginner to exp. with substitutions when appropriate.
