Program Details

  • 12-week program plus 3 wks maintenance: 3 x 4 week cycles

  • Schedule includes 3 weekly sessions plus a bonus/optional session.

  • Program includes weekly learning topics that help you understand injury risk and avoidance.

  • Improve performance and reduce injury risk. Reduce visits/copays to your PT! 

  • Baseline measurements that allow you to track your progress over time. I will review your measurements and write one short additional session that is specific for you to help address asymmetries and/or weakness.

  • Sessions are heavily research based.

  • Safe strength movements that protect the back, knees, hips and ankles with focus is on run-specific movements.

  • Easy to follow-- you will not need to learn new movements/routines every week.

  • Exercises proven to increase strength when tested with a dynamometer.

  • Adv. beginner to exp. with substitutions when appropriate.
